Prologue · A New Chapter of Intelligent Innovation

On November 29, 2025, the grand completion ceremony of Actionpower’s new headquarters campus kicked off. Centered on the theme “Intelligent New Campus, Powering the Future”, the event gathered officials from Xi’an High‑Tech Zone, representatives from Xi’an Jiaotong University, strategic clients, university partners, suppliers, ecosystem partners, and construction & supervision teams to mark this milestone.

Vision · A New Strategic Chapter

Located in the Listed Enterprise Industrial Park of Xi’an Silk Road Science City, Actionpower’s new headquarters campus covers an area of 32 mu with a construction area of 76,000 m². It houses advanced R&D and testing labs, smart manufacturing lines, offices and technical exchange spaces, plus supporting amenities including staff canteen, café, library and gym. This low‑carbon green campus integrates PV, energy storage, charging and microgrid management, designed to support an annual output value of RMB 2 billion for advanced power electronic equipment.

As a tech hub powered by three cores — High‑Tech Zone core area, Xi’an Jiaotong University Innovation Harbour and Chang’an University Town, Xi’an Silk Road Science City serves as the new landmark of Xi’an High‑Tech Zone. Positioned as a global hard‑tech innovation hub and the Belt and Road international science exchange center, it fuels regional industrial upgrade and high‑quality growth.

New Campus · Embark on a New Journey

At the opening of the ceremony, Mr. Bai Xiaoqing, Chairman of Actionpower, delivered a speech, reviewing the company’s 30‑year journey. Integrating R&D innovation, smart manufacturing and business operations, the new campus elevates our infrastructure platform. Moving forward, taking this new campus as the foundation, Actionpower will keep improving organizational capabilities, uphold innovation‑driven development, advance technical R&D, strengthen industrial collaboration, accelerate global expansion and fulfill social responsibility to write a more brilliant chapter.

Integration · Win‑Win Ecosystem

Chai Wei, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi’an Jiaotong University, addressed the gathering. He praised Actionpower, an outstanding alumni enterprise, for its long‑term dedication to power electronics. Its joint research with Xi’an Jiaotong University has twice won the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. He highlighted that deep industry‑university‑research collaboration, together with the innovation ecosystem of the High‑Tech Zone, builds a successful model of tripartite synergy among university, local government and enterprise.

Yao Weizheng, Deputy General Manager of TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of clients. He recognized Actionpower’s professionalism and pragmatic work style. The test equipment supplied by Actionpower has greatly boosted TBEA New Energy’s R&D efficiency and product reliability, supporting large‑scale deployment of its new‑energy products. He looks forward to deeper joint innovation with Actionpower and industry peers to contribute Chinese solutions to global energy transition.

Opening · Ribbon‑Cutting Ceremony

At the highlight moment, officials from the High‑Tech Zone and Xi’an Jiaotong University, representatives of clients, suppliers, partners, the construction team and Actionpower’s management jointly cut the ribbon, marking the official launch of the new headquarters campus.

Witnessed by all guests, several industry‑university‑research and industrial cooperation agreements were signed. Actionpower signed an agreement with the State Key Laboratory of High‑Energy and High‑Power Pulsed Power Supply of Xi’an Jiaotong University to build a High Power Density Power Conversion Joint Innovation Center. A strategic cooperation framework agreement was also signed with Longteng Semiconductor. The cooperation targets in‑depth application of high‑density power conversion technology in special equipment and advanced energy sectors, as well as joint R&D and industrialization for power semiconductor device applications and power supply verification for semiconductor equipment.

Gathering of Minds · Looking Ahead

After the ceremony, a symposium on university‑government‑enterprise collaborative innovation was held. Participants discussed the integration of universities, high‑tech zones and high‑tech enterprises, and how to build supportive industrial and innovation ecosystems for shared growth.

In the afternoon, the 2025 Innovation Forum of the Power Electronics & Industrial Automation Alumni Association of Xi’an Jiaotong University took place in the Boyatang Lecture Hall at Actionpower’s new campus. The forum explored cutting‑edge topics including power electronics innovation and industrial opportunities driven by booming AI computing power.

As a prelude to the campus opening, Actionpower’s 2025 Supplier Conference themed “Unite for Success, Link the Future” was held on the morning of November 28, to build an efficient, stable and win‑win supply chain ecosystem.

On the afternoon of November 28, the 2025 Autumn New Product Launch, themed “Intelligent New Journey, Powering the Future”, was hosted. More than ten new products covering precision test power supplies, high‑grade industrial power supplies and power quality control equipment were showcased, demonstrating Actionpower’s full‑chain innovation strength in power electronic conversion and control.
